Responsibilities
Manage a book of commercial business, ranging from small to large accounts
Collaborate with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters
Review and interpret policy coverage to ensure accuracy and compliance
Process policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations in a timely manner
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns
Collaborate with Producers to support new business growth and retention efforts
Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and regulations to better serve clients
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager
Proficiency in AMS 360 or similar agency management system
In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask
Active 2-20 insurance license preferred
