What You Will Be Doing
As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing all aspects of the plant division including directing the manufacturing process, overseeing production and ensuring efficient use of resources. You will be expected to stay current on the latest industry trends and technologies and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
What You Need for this Position
Must Have
Management experience
Background in food manufacturing, food processing, and food packaging
Ability to work onsite in Ellensburg, WA
Toyota Production System - Gemba Kaizen ideally or overall Continuous Improvement experience
Willingness to grow into leadership as you get up and running
Lean Manufacturing
