Position Overview We are a new, rapidly growing CPA firm offering tax, accounting/compliance, and outsourced CFO services.
The Senior Tax Manager will oversee tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) and their associated entities. This role involves developing effective tax strategies, managing tax filings, and ensuring adherence to tax regulations while maximizing client benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the preparation and review of complex tax returns for high-net-worth individuals.
Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize clients' tax positions.
Advise clients on tax implications of their financial decisions and estate planning strategies.
Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and inform clients of changes that may affect them.
Manage and mentor junior tax staff, providing training and support as needed.
Prepare and present tax-related reports and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
8+ years of public accounting tax experience
CPA
Generalist experience including HNWI's, Partnerships, S & C corps
