About the Role
We are seeking an HR Organizational Development & Change Management Consultant to help us scale our operations while maintaining our unique culture and focus on innovation. Reporting directly to the President, you will play a key role in optimizing our talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational growth. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can design and execute impactful OD and change management initiatives. You will also get hands-on by providing billable change management consulting services, learning our products and business processes, and driving communications and organizational change both for our customers and for DataMap.
Responsibilities
Partner with senior leadership to identify and address organizational challenges, aligning people strategies with business objectives.
Lead organizational growth design / Collaborate to implement scalable, measurable programs that optimize human capital across the employee lifecycle.Lead hiring
Learn DataMap products and customer business processes to effectively drive communications and organizational change for both internal and external stakeholders.
Act as a change management expert, delivering billable consulting services to customers while navigating organizational transformations and maintaining high levels of engagement.
Evaluate the impact of OD and change management initiatives using metrics and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement.
Serve as a thought leader and consultant to stakeholders, facilitating collaborative and solution-oriented discussions.
Develop strategies to support DataMap's growth into new ERP platforms and markets, ensuring alignment of talent and organizational capabilities.
Qualifications
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change at all levels.
Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, manage complex projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced / lean environment.
Deep experience in Organizational Development, with a proven ability to deliver measurable business results.
Expertise in talent strategy, leadership development, performance management, and cultural transformation.
Strong background in change management, with a track record of leading successful organizational transformations.
Experience providing hands-on advice to customers.
Desire to learn operational systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Coupa or Dynamics 365 is a plus.
