Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall management of the project. Works closely with Business on a day-to-day basis.
Responsible to manage small team and lead the project end to end
Responsible for (if needed) Design, code, unit test, system test, performance test, debug, implement, and support Salesforce.com application and integrations
Responsible for assign, track and monitor activities and deliverables.
Responsible for communication with the stakeholders on project progress and proactively identifies risks and works towards a mitigation plan.
Engages with business stakeholders for understanding requirements
Supports technical team members from functional understanding perspective
Coordinate with Business Analyst, Technical Architect, Technical team and QA team for success of the project
Write codes for individual modules/units following the Architecture and Design Principles
Adhere to Build & Release Management
Conduct code review sessions
Design, code, unit test, system test, performance test, debug, implement, and support Salesforce.com application and integrations
Design & implement APIs and web-based interfaces utilizing lightning, Apex, Web Services, etc
Ensure team follows best practices when architecting, programming or documenting solutions
Assist in resource allocation and planning through project planning, staff hiring, staff supplementation and/or outsourcing initiatives
Work closely with the Enterprise Architecture team, implementation partners, 3rd party vendors and other technology teams to ensure appropriate infra-structure selection, maintenance, policies and procedures are in place to support the CRM application environment
Communicate development status on a regular basis to stakeholders, escalating any identified risks
Recommend cost effective technology solutions for business challenges
Ensure the on-time delivery of solution or enhancements
Define and execute CI/CD strategy
Experience architecting complex large scale systems incorporating packaged and custom applications
Manage a team of developers
Competencies:
Minimum 5x Salesforce Certified Professional
At least 5 years systems development and integration experience in which at least four years have been in a team management role
At least five years of Salesforce.com development experience as well as experience in systems integration environments with large, complex third-party solutions coupled with proven expertise integrating solutions with other applications within the overall technology environment
Demonstrative success with at least three large Salesforce.com implementation
Excellent knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture and data model
Demonstrated team building and project management skills
Proven management and mentorship of development team direct reports preferred
Experience in Agile development methodologies
Well versed with CI/CD implementation in Salesforce project
Additional knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Be the Trusted Digital Transformation Advisor for our customers
Thought leadership role in Financial Services Industry. Deliver & support business process innovation workshops.
Leads business process redesign, roadmap planning, and identifying touch points in multi-cloud implementations.
Assess customers business requirements, co-create the future vision for success and map to Salesforces solutions
Give input to customers target architecture, phasing, roadmap and transition architecture
Provide domain expertise and guidance to define solution for the customers on the salesforce 360 platform
Work with the client to build out their CRM strategy and roadmap, enabling both quick wins and longer-term strategic goals, leveraging Salesforce Platform and supporting technology
Comfortable working with complex business requirements, design, and help configure the desired solution.
Collaborate with Technical Architects, Project teams and implementation partners to determine the solution details and value of the proposed architecture

Competencies
12+ years CRM experience with a minimum of 3 years on Financial Services domain of Banking, Mortgage and Lending
Must have worked on Loan Origination and Mortgage. Additional functional and solution knowledge of Collections, Payments, Lending.
CRM/Salesforce solution experience is a plus
Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems.

Role Requirements:
5+ years' experience defining, designing, delivering and deploying Salesforce based technical solutions, in the capacity of accountable or responsible contributor.
A minimum of 2 years of experience developing Salesforce customizations (Apex/VF), integrations, and developing and executing data migrations.
A minimum of 2 years of experience creating the technical architecture for complex Enterprise wide Salesforce implementations.
Certification in Salesforce to a minimum of:
At least one Developer Track Certification (Platform Developer I or II)
At least one Cloud Consultant Certification from either Community, Field Service, Sales or Service
At least one or more current certifications in the Salesforce Architect track.
Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, and ability to present to a variety of audiences (executives to technically detailed audiences).
