Great opportunity with a global company! You will support multiple new retail merchandising reset projects that are in the roll out phase. Your focus will be on project planning. This role is a mix of project coordination/planning, data analysis, scheduling, research, inventory management, customer management, and process improvement.
This is a 12-month contract (potential to extend or convert).
This is a hybrid role in the Vinings (in-office Mon-Thu & remote on Fri).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Gather and collect info. from field store partners for project creation
Audit project readiness in internal web-based system
Work as a liaison between field and cross-functional partners to meet all toll gates and assist in problem resolution
Creat, organize and run reports in Excel
Build Powerpoint decks for leadership
Calculate how many items need to be ordered
Place labor, outbound, and direct-to-store orders
Monitor inventory depletion and adjust orders
Become knowledgeable in Plan-o-grams (maps showing where each product sits within bays)
Analyze each bay (aisle where specific product sits) to ensure that all product info. is accurate and merchandise reset can be successfully executed when a bay is moved
Communicate any discrepancies with bay sizes or other factors impacting execution
Provide lists/reports of upcoming merchandise resets where bulk order items need to be ordered into the materials distribution center
Place re-orders for missing, damaged, or additional required materials
Liaise with Issue Resolution and assist with field communication for quick resolution
Review and help to resolve any issues recorded in internal, web-based system
Assist field partners with scheduling and managing one-off issues
Manage post-reset implementations
Provide process improvement suggestions for projects
REQUIRED SKILLS:
2 years of experience as a Project Analyst, Project Coordinator, or PM
Experience executing projects from start to finish and understanding of project scope
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, SUMIF)
Experience building reports via Excel
Experience building Powerpoint decks to summarize project status for leadership
Proven process improvement
Experience interacting with cross-functional partners
