Express Employment Professionals is seeking a highly organized Bilingual (English/Spanish) Front Office Coordinator to support our busy office's operations and recruitment efforts.
Key responsibilities:
Greet visitors and manage reception area
Answer phones
Schedule candidate interviews and client meetings
Assist with job postings on various platforms
Conduct initial candidate screenings
Maintain candidate database - data entry
Fill jobs with urgency
Make sales calls
Requirements:
Speak fluent Spanish
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and database management
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience
No prior recruiting experience required - we'll provide training
