Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a highly organized Bilingual (English/Spanish) Front Office Coordinator to support our busy office's operations and recruitment efforts.

Key responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and manage reception area
  • Answer phones
  • Schedule candidate interviews and client meetings
  • Assist with job postings on various platforms
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings
  • Maintain candidate database - data entry
  • Fill jobs with urgency
  • Make sales calls

Requirements:
  • Speak fluent Spanish
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database management
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience
  • No prior recruiting experience required - we'll provide training
