The Product Analyst supports the Product Manager in defining the vision and execution of strategic initiatives in Credit Modernization. The role involves gathering requirements, creating process flows and visuals, managing stakeholder alignment, and ensuring successful delivery of features within the credit modernization department. This position works closely with cross-functional teams, including SMEs, business sponsors, and technology partners.
Primary Responsibilities
Document features aligned with business requirements and objectives (OKRs).
Partner with Product Managers, SMEs, and stakeholders to assess business needs and priorities.
Create visuals such as process maps, low-fidelity visuals, and mock-ups to illustrate workflows and customer experiences.
Facilitate Discovery and Design Workshops to gather and document requirements.
Collaborate with technical design teams to ensure feature changes meet acceptance criteria.
Support Product Owners in resolving blockers and clarifying feature requirements.
Assist with UAT Testing, business readiness, and post-production gap analysis.
Measure performance against expectations and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications
Basic:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in Non-Consumer Lending (underwriting, portfolio management, closing, booking, or servicing).
Proven ability to facilitate, document, and map current and future state business processes.
Preferred:
Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
Proficiency in Agile practices and tools like Azure DevOps and JIRA.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
