LBX Company LLC, maker of Link-Belt excavators, forestry, demolition, and scrap/material handling equipment, has an immediate opening for a Product Portfolio Analyst.

Position Summary:
The Product Portfolio Analyst is responsible for supporting the various product development projects and tasks within LBX Company. This position will be involved in helping to review, collect necessary inputs, and create development materials used throughout the development process for the whole portfolio of LBX Company, both organic and inorganic. This position will focus 75% on in-organic development and support, and 25% organic development and support. Other duties required are supporting business plan development, conducting VOC/VOD trips, and any other events requiring the assistance of the Product Portfolio Analyst. Supporting and delivery of all corporate mid-term plans, and long-term plans deliverables set forth by the company are also essential focuses of the Product Portfolio Analyst.
Essential Functions:
50% - Assist in the creation of needed development plans to ensure the successful launch of product and projects within the LBX portfolio, both organic and in-organic, that support the corporate goals such as mid-term and long-term plans. This activity could include market research, industry/experience knowledge sharing, while working with the Product Portfolio Planning Supervisor.
30% - Participate in VOD/VOC (Voice of Dealer, Voice of Customer) efforts to maintain a constant understanding of needs and expectations within LBX Company business. This feedback is to be directly applied to development efforts and planning as suited. This feedback may be obtained on focused VOD/VOC trips, trade shows, or virtual calls with field personnel.
20% - Take a leadership role in improving the communication between LBX and any product partners, both organic and in-organic to streamline project efforts and strengthen relationships.

Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, civil construction/engineering, product development, or equivalent experience. • Extremely detailed oriented. • Minimum of 5 years' experience working within construction equipment industry or related field. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Skilled at problem solving, negotiating, and conflict resolution, while maintaining the long-term focus of the company. • Strong technical skills in Microsoft applications and/or other computer software such as Adobe and Google.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None, but leadership is required.
Success Factors: • Strong excavator product and applications knowledge and understanding of how various components interact to make Link-Belt products the best. • Must establish a leadership role within the organization and with dealers. • Must be able to interact and work well with others.
Travel Expectations:
This role can expect to travel approximately 30% of the time both domestically and internationally using different modes of transportation (auto, plane, etc.).
Working Conditions:
This position primarily operates in an indoor office environment with occasional periods outside or in a maintenance bay. The work requires spending time in a seated position while working at a computer station. Work also requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, hearing, talking, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).
