Competitive base salary: $70,000 - $80,000

Role Overview:
The General Manager will lead day-to-day operations, managing FOH and BOH teams to ensure seamless service and top-notch guest experiences. This position requires strong financial acumen, a hands-on leadership style, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in food, beverage, and hospitality.
Responsibilities Include:
Leading and motivating FOH and BOH teams to achieve operational excellence.
Managing financials, including P&L statements, labor costs, and inventory control.
Recruiting, hiring, and training top talent while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Building guest loyalty by consistently delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Innovating and elevating bar programs to complement scratch-made food offerings.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
At least 2 years of salaried General Management experience in a full-service restaurant with bar service.
Proven ability to manage operations and financial performance effectively.
Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development.
Enthusiasm for great food, service, and creating memorable guest experiences.
