Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a behavioral health organization in the Denver area to fill a Director of Clinical Operations role. The Director of Clinical Operations will oversee two 12 bed long-term treatment facilities. Compensation will be based on experience and will range from $90-$120K plus health benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight to the therapeutic team, including therapists, case managers, and support staff.
  • Conduct regular clinical supervision sessions, case reviews, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve clinical programs and services that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Ensure that all clinical interventions are evidence-based and align with the organization's mission and values.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to set strategic goals and objectives for the MHTL Level 2 Housing program.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
  • Develop and oversee quality assurance programs to monitor and enhance the quality of care provided.
  • Conduct regular audits of clinical documentation and processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Oversee the assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring of clients.
  • Ensure that individualized treatment plans are developed and implemented for all clients.
  • Facilitate multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss and coordinate client care.
  • Provide guidance and support in crisis situations, ensuring appropriate intervention and follow-up.
  • Develop and implement crisis management protocols and procedures.
  • Ensure staff are trained in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
  • Coordinate and provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for clinical staff.
  • Stay current with advancements in the field of mental health and integrate new knowledge into practice.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the clinical team.

Qualifications: Education and Licensure:

Master or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

Licensed as a mental health professional in the state of Colorado (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent). BLS Certification.

Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. ?Extensive experience in Utilization Review (UR) management.

Experience in a residential or transitional living setting is highly preferred.
