Installation Project Manager Installation Project Coordinator $55k-65k salary Fully remote with occasional travel to Houston
Role:
Responsible for project leadership across all designated projects with a focus on installations and project scheduling, which includes coordinating all deliverables and requirements across the project team. Verify all projects are completed according to the project scope and agreed upon timelines. Identify and lead mitigation of project risk while keeping key stakeholders informed. This role requires a clear and concise understanding of project management principles: Planning, Executing, Monitoring, Controlling and Closing
Responsibilities:
Manage full scope of lighting installation projects from beginning to the end
Understand project scope of work, goals, and project timelines
Drive resource and logistical needs to stay ahead of project requirements
Ensure material is delivered in a timely manner and in good condition to labor partners by working with other departments.
Coordinating return of excess materials post project completion from labor partners.
Stay in close contact with labor partners to verify projects are on time and within budget
Must be able to problem solve and provide solutions by exercising judgment and discretion.
Resolve conflicts and drive issue resolution with labor partners
Ensure systems are maintained with accurate and reportable data
Manage scope creep and changes to projects
Own financial accountability and collection of assigned projects.
Key Performance Indicators to be in line with Department standards.
Stay in close communication with Project Manager regarding active jobs and update accordingly
Expectations and Qualifications:
Minimum of (1) year of Commercial Electrical Installation experience required
Project Management skills required to oversee a large network of electrical contractors
Strong follow-through, organization, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task/prioritize
Self-starter who can take initiative
Plans & Aligns- Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
Ensures Accountability- holds self and others accountable to meet commitments
Drives Results ? Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances
Intermediate software skills (ERP, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook); must be technically savvy.
Professional image and strong communication skills.
Apprentice or journeyman electrical license experience preferred
Must be willing to take NALMCO Certifications for CALT (Certified Apprentice Lighting Technician and CSLT (Certified Senior Lighting Technician. Each course is an online, 6-hour course that will be paid for.

Standard Operating Hours: 7am ? 4pm, CST Monday ? Friday (up for discussion for candidates outside of CST)
Remote position with minimal travel to home office in Houston, TX
Occasional after hours required based on workload
