Job Overview:
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. This includes working closely with clients to assess their needs, providing tailored insurance solutions, and ensuring timely and accurate service. The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule, allowing you to work remotely for up to three days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and service a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, including renewals, endorsements, and new business.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships by offering exceptional customer service and proactive communication.
Provide insurance advice and guidance to clients to ensure comprehensive coverage.
Review and assess client needs, risk exposures, and opportunities for coverage improvements.
Prepare and present proposals, and assist clients in selecting appropriate coverage.
Coordinate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, resolve claims, and handle policy changes.
Ensure timely processing of all documentation and premium payments.
Stay current on industry trends, products, and regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver superior client service and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management or a similar role within the insurance industry.
In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, underwriting processes, and industry regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities.
