Looking for a candidate with approximately two years experience of working in the Corporate world, and someone with high level experience of working on Excel and Word software.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Working closely with the client benefits administrator, the employee must be able to review proposed enrollment materials for each specific case based on plan design and update (or direct the updating of) the enrollment materials in consultation with the Marketing Assistant in accordance with specific case needs.
2. Reviewing the census files for accuracy and notifying the team of any items which may need to be updated, and/or are not merging correctly.
3. Working cordially and cooperatively with team members and clients.
4. Participates cooperatively in the design, development and success of in-house events and community building activities.
5. Attending meetings as required on behalf of the company regarding proposals, programs, business development and compliance related matters.
6. Working efficiently and accurately. Taking ownership of assigned tasks and responsibility for completing them within established deadlines.
7. Due to the highly sensitive and confidential nature of client information must maintain 100% accuracy when disseminating information to clients.
We ideally are looking for some to work the hours of 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Formal training from the management, and then will work with other members of the team to work together to continue to learn and grow.
