Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all activities related to the safe removal and reinstallation of solar panels, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Oversee project planning, ensuring all team members have the necessary resources and equipment to complete their tasks on time and within budget.
Monitor day-to-day operations, identifying and resolving issues related to panel removal, reinstallation, and system performance.
Ensure that all solar panels and components are handled with care during removal and reinstallation to prevent damage.
Develop and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with local regulations, OSHA standards, and company safety policies.
Collaborate with engineers, electricians, and other stakeholders to ensure proper panel placement and integration with existing electrical systems.
Lead a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure effective operations and high-quality work.
Conduct post-reinstallation quality checks and troubleshooting, ensuring optimal system performance.
Manage inventory and procurement of necessary tools, equipment, and replacement parts for the removal and reinstallation process.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
Manage the fleet of vehicles within that office, ensuring regular maintenance, coordinating & scheduling repairs or service, tracking fuel card usage and overseeing the efficient use of warehouse and office space.

Requirements:
Proven experience managing or leading teams in the solar industry, particularly in the removal and reinstallation of solar panels.
Strong technical understanding of solar panel systems, electrical connections, and installation/reinstallation processes.
Knowledge of safety standards and regulations specific to solar installations and removals.
Ability to use tools and equipment such as voltmeters, hand tools, scaffolding, ladders, and lifting equipment.
Experience with troubleshooting electrical systems and resolving issues related to solar installations.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Strong problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments, ensuring efficient project completion.
Familiarity with residential and commercial solar panel designs and layouts, as well as basic construction, roofing, or electrical work is a plus.
Ability to maintain clear and professional communication with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.
