Job Description:

Our Mission

Precog is redefining how enterprises work with their data, solving the challenges of increasing complexity from sources like Public APIs, SaaS applications, and other modern platforms. These sources rely on intricate object schemas, and traditional methods of handling them are outdated, inefficient, and fail to scale. Precog changes the game by fully automating the process of connecting to any API and transforming raw data into business- and analytics-ready formats without requiring manual coding or human intervention.

Our groundbreaking approach leverages cutting-edge technologies, including Multi-dimensional Algebra, Scalar Evaluation (Tectonic), and advanced schema detection (Scion). Together, these innovations eliminate the bottlenecks of traditional data integration, offering a seamless and scalable solution to even the most complex data challenges.

With Precog, businesses no longer need to rely on teams building manual integrations or juggling multiple integration vendors. Instead, we deliver true ELT automation, enabling companies to integrate, process, and utilize data efficiently and effectively. In today's environment, where every organization depends on 20-50 apps, Precog offers a forward-thinking solution that empowers enterprises to turn complex data into actionable insights in minutes, fundamentally transforming how data is managed and used.

Our Culture

Precog's culture is built on three core principles: honesty, transparency, and accountability. These values guide how we collaborate, operate, and serve our customers.
  • Honesty: We foster a foundation of trust by communicating openly and providing genuine feedback, building lasting relationships internally and externally.
  • Transparency: Operating across seven countries without a central office, we prioritize clear communication and shared visibility of goals and progress to keep our team aligned and inclusive.
  • Accountability: In our remote, global environment, we take ownership of our commitments, delivering exceptional results to our customers and each other.

Our diverse, distributed team thrives on self-discipline, motivation, and the opportunity to learn from one another. By upholding these principles, we create a supportive environment where individual growth and collective success go hand in hand, ensuring we deliver value to our customers and build a strong, dynamic workplace.
