About the Opportunity

We are excited to announce a big opportunity as we have won the RFP to be the exclusive vendor working on a major hiring initiative for a large financial corporation based in Charlotte! We are looking for individuals who are committed to the process - specifically, new graduates, candidates with finance degrees, finance internships, or experience in financial services.

Pay Rate:
  • $20/hr during the training phase
  • Increase to $25/hr after training

  • Strong commitment to obtaining FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 within 3-4 months.
  • Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and establish trust with clients.
  • Solid understanding of financial services and trading industries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and internet skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and thrive under strict time constraints in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a focus on execution.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Confidence and credibility over the phone and in person.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
