Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial advising.
At least 3 years of sales or business development experience.
CFP designation preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow the business.
Familiarity with financial planning software and CRM systems.
Compensation
Base salary: $100,000 - $120,000 with commissions of 10%-25% on new business development and term equity opportunity.
