We seek a full-time Sales Development Representative in Austin, Texas. This position is critical in educating our target clients to drive new account acquisition.
The ideal candidate will implement standard outreach strategies to generate meetings for our account executives. Consistency and tactful persistence are critical for this position.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting (70%): Managing contact lists and reaching out to potential customers (via phone, email, social media) to secure meetings for our sales team.
Lead Nurturing (15%): Developing cadences to provide educational information and build relationships with prospects who may need more time before using our service.
Documentation (15%): Updating and maintaining our Client Relationship Management system with accurate and timely information on leads and prospects.
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in business-to-business lead generation.
Familiarity with technology startup environments and a self-starter mentality.
Excellent project management and list-based time management skills.
Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Compensation
