The Investor Relations Analyst will play a key role in supporting the investor relations team by providing comprehensive, timely, and insightful communication with investors. This position will work closely with senior leadership and investment teams to prepare presentations, reports, and other communication materials for institutional and high-net-worth clients. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual investor reports, client presentations, and other investor communications. • Coordinate investor meetings, calls, and events, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up. • Analyse and track key investment performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activity to provide insightful updates to investors. • Help prepare and distribute communications regarding fund strategies, performance, and key updates to current and potential investors. • Monitor and manage investor inquiries, responding promptly and accurately. • Support the investor relations team in preparing materials for board meetings and investor events. • Assist with the creation and maintenance of investor databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, market developments, and investment opportunities.
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. • 1-3 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or asset management, preferably with exposure to institutional investors. • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and performance metrics. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to distil complex financial concepts into clear and concise materials. • High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet) is a plus. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with investors and internal stakeholders.
