When it comes to the home service industry, most businesses look and sound the same. At duo, we help our clients modernize their brand and build an always-on marketing engine that attracts ready-to-buy leads and boosts sales... FAST.
So who's a good fit for our service? Basically any localized service business that works on peoples' homes-general contractors, roofers, plumbers, HVAC, etc.
Once brought onboard, we tap into the local demand of their service area and leverage Google Ads to drive qualified traffic to a custom designed landing page optimized for conversions.
Who we're looking for:
We're looking for a self-motivated doer who loves talking to strangers and getting to know people. Why? Because that's the number one responsibility of the job! If you are not comfortable talking to strangers, this is NOT the job for you.
In addition to being comfortable talking to cold prospects, here are a few other things we're hoping you can bring to the table:
An interest in marketing and technology
Excellent organizational habits - being a successful SDR is all in the follow-ups!
Familiarity with paid advertising and modern marketing lingo
A killer sense of humor or willingness to laugh at bad jokes
A positive spirit
A willingness to learn and grow (we want you to grow into the Head of Sales!)
The primary role of the SDR is to:
Conduct cold calls and set meetings with interested prospects
Coordinate sales meetings and ensure prospects show up
Attend sales calls and learn how to overcome objections and close
Attend weekly cold calling and sales trainings
Follow up with interested prospects in an organized and routine manner
Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads and opportunities
