What You'll Do:
Strategic Partner: Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact to top real estate agents and community offices, crafting tailored marketing plans and guiding them to success.

Innovator: Introduce agents to FirstTeam's cutting-edge tools and platforms, ensuring they stay ahead of the competition.
Agent Advocate: Provide personalized recognition and surprise-and-delight moments that make agents feel supported and celebrated.Order
Fulfillment: Process agent marketing orders via Zendesk, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of requests.
White-Glove Service: Offer concierge-level marketing solutions to our top agents and teams, exceeding their expectations with bespoke support and implementation of campaigns.Trend
Tracker: Stay ahead of real estate market trends, using insights to inform impactful marketing strategies.
Recruitment Contributor: Highlight the value of FirstTeam's offerings to attract new agents to our thriving community.
What You Bring:
Experience: 3-5 years in integrated real estate marketing, with agency or PropTech experience a plus.
Expertise: Deep knowledge of multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, social, print, OOH, PR, etc.).
Communication Skills: A natural relationship builder who excels at advising and presenting ideas.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with platforms like Zendesk, HubSpot, Google Ads, Active Campaign and Airtable.
Knowledge of Follow Up Boss is a bonus
Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
