Job Description:

SciPro is partnering with a cutting-edge health tech company leveraging biologically validated AI to transform healthcare, managing chronic diseases at scale while reducing costs by up to $100 per member per month. With global impact on over 50 million patients, the technology is fully deployed across Cardiometabolic and Behavioral Health disease areas. To drive further growth, they are seeking a candidate with a proven ability to secure multi-million-dollar deals and foster strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and identify optimal market positioning for deploying AI models and healthcare solutions.
  • Design and execute strategies that align science, product offerings, and business goals.
  • Drive revenue expansion by meeting or exceeding sales and partnership targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to inform decision-making and strategic pivots.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage high-value partnerships with key stakeholders in healthcare, including pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and research institutions.
  • Maintain and expand the network of industry connections to generate new opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and through digital platforms.
  • Develop and deliver compelling pitches to engage potential clients and partners.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing business development team.
  • Collaborate across departments, ensuring alignment between R&D, marketing, and product teams.

Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in securing and managing multi-million-dollar deals.
  • Deep expertise in Pharma, MedTech, Biotech, or related industries.
  • Strong familiarity with AI applications in healthcare, particularly in foundation models and representation learning.
  • In-depth understanding of the biomedical ecosystem, including data lifecycle and challenges.
  • Extensive network within large pharmaceutical R&D sectors in the US.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-growth environment.
  • Master's degree in Business, Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
