SNI Companies has partnered with a growing company in the Jacksonville, Florida area in search of Logistics Capacity Coordinator. This is a ONSITE position.

This position is open for US Citizen & Green Card candidates.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Track and trace shipments from pickup to delivery by staying in constant communication with carriers and drivers.
• Update transportation management software - real-time throughout lifecycle of shipment.
• Schedule / Re-schedule appointments as needed.
• Assist customers with status updates via phone or email along with updating customer web portals

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the logistics industry
• Carrier Support /Sales experience needed.
• Must be computer literate and able to work as a team player, multitask, problem solve and handle high volume inbound and outbound calls & emails in a stressful environment.
• Ability to quickly learn new software.
