Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrative Assistant at Health Law Alliance in Springfield, NJ. The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phones, maintaining communications, and assisting with executive administrative tasks. The role also involves utilizing clerical skills to support daily operations. Ideal candidates will bring a sales-driven communication style to convey to existing and prospective clients the value we deliver.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication
Clerical Skills for office organization and support
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in the healthcare or legal industry is a plus
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
