Artiminds LLC is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead diverse technology projects for our enterprise clients. In this role, you'll act as a delivery partner, managing program operations with minimal supervision while receiving full leadership support. You'll oversee hiring and retaining talent, ensure exceptional software delivery quality, and achieve desired financial outcomes.
Responsibilities
Collaborate effectively with customer teams across all ranks and departments to understand business needs and co-define technology solutions.
Communicate clear business and milestone expectations to engineering teams using tools such as JIRA Epics, spreadsheets, and project plans.
Manage sprint execution, including running sprint teams and implementing processes across programs.
Track and manage project financials, including Gross Margin and Net Margin.
Implement SCRUM and Kanban methodologies across multiple projects.
Manage Project Managers, setting clear expectations and fostering a strong team culture.
Continuously improve processes and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Navigate relationships across leadership teams to achieve project and company goals.
Stay updated on the latest engineering tools and practices.
Requirements
Education: BS or higher in Computer Science or related fields.
Experience:
8+ years of professional experience.
4+ years of hands-on coding experience (mandatory).
Recent experience delivering Web, Mobile, and Cloud-based applications (required).
Experience delivering SharePoint-based intranet portals (a plus).
Proven experience in full-cycle project management, including customer, people, and process management.
Experience managing Project Managers/Leads.
Familiarity with managing remote teams across significant time zones.
Technical Knowledge:
Proficiency in Cloud technologies, CI/CD tools, and automation.
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to simplify complex challenges involving people, processes, and technology.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to navigate teams, culture, and objectives.
