Akkodis is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Contract with a client in Mountain View, CA (Hybrid). We're ideally looking for an applicant with experience in adding new features to an internal financial tool.
Pay Range:$110-$115/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Overall Responsibilities:
Own x-functional program plans across all teams driving to a successful launch
Provide connectivity and alignment across program working group and stakeholders, manage the triple constraints (scope, resourcing, timelines) and xFn collaboration, while ensuring high quality.
Tracking, reporting and escalation of risks and dependencies
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Facilitate and manage technical programs in the Tax domain and drive them to launch.
Work closely with ENG, PM, UX, XFN partners to define requirements, scope, schedule, plan resourcing, manage execution, milestones/tasks, communications, coordinate testing, communications and launch activities.
Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders and 3rd party vendors.
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience managing software development projects and working with 3rd party partners.
5 years of experience managing multiple concurrent projects & programs, preferably in Technology or Finance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written + verbal communication skills and organizational skills.
Proven ability to take ownership, bring order into chaos, and collaborate well with others.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity within rapidly changing environments.
Experience in the commerce / payments space is a plus.
