Job Description:

POSITION AND SCOPE

We are looking for a highly motivated Associate- Transformation with strong strategic and analytical skills to lead and execute strategic initiatives that drive organizational growth, efficiency, and innovation. This individual will work closely with the CEO and will encompass strategy development, financial planning and analysis, integration of acquired entities, business process optimization, and data driven analysis to inform decision making. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success from a reputable consulting firm and an entrepreneurial mindset. They will bring a strategic outlook, balanced with metrics-oriented rigor, to grow a high-potential, dynamic organization.

DUTIES + RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to define and implement the organizations strategic goals
  • Lead the seamless integration of acquired businesses, ensuring alignment with business goals and structure
  • Monitor and assess market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities
  • Lead financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting process to help drive and support strategic initiatives
  • Partner with finance teams to ensure alignment between transformation objectives and financial plans.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance and operational efficiency
  • Analyze current processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
  • Design and implement optimized processes to enhance productivity and reduce cost
  • Conduct in depth analyses to provide actionable insights that support decision making
  • Utilize best practices and innovative methodologies to drive continuous improvement
  • Act as a change agent to foster a culture of innovation and adaptability

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • Experience with business transformation projects from a reputable consulting firm
  • Exemplary organizational skills and an eye for detail with an ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining quality at all times
  • Ability to execute and implement on a set strategy
  • Strong analytical, structured, and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and the ability to engage with the entire organization from the C-suite to the shop floor
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Intellectual horsepower and agility, with the ability to easily move from big-picture strategy to day-today activities
  • A demonstrated commitment to the highest levels of ethics and integrity

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, business analysis, and integration processes
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
  • Exceptional strategic, analytical problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
