We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing office in Kimberton, which has been our base for constructing award-winning projects throughout the Tri-State area for over 40 years.
Working in a casual, collaborative environment, you will be responsible for managing commercial, residential, and institutional projects, including establishing strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and designers while ensuring projects achieve critical safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals.
Required Education and Experience
Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience running successful commercial and institutional construction projects.
Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is required.
Proficient in Procore, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project.
Strong knowledge of project scheduling and documentation, construction disciplines, drawings and specifications, and risk management.
Custom home project management experience is a plus.
