Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work directly with customers and general contractors in the field to address and resolve any project-related issues. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of construction drawings. Experience with cabinetry is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Customer and GC Coordination:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and general contractors in the field.
Address and resolve on-site issues promptly to ensure project timelines are met.
Foster strong relationships with customers and GCs to facilitate smooth project execution.
Problem Solving:
Identify and troubleshoot problems that arise on the job site.
Develop and implement effective solutions in collaboration with customers and GCs.
Ensure all solutions comply with project specifications and quality standards.
Construction Drawings Interpretation:
Review and understand construction drawings and project specifications.
Communicate drawing details and requirements to on-site teams and stakeholders.
Ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of construction plans.
Project Management:
Oversee all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Monitor progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
Conduct regular site visits to inspect work and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Communication and Reporting:
Maintain open and effective communication with all project stakeholders.
Provide regular updates on project status, issues, and resolutions.
Prepare and submit detailed reports on project progress and performance.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in field service, construction management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of construction drawings and project specifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively in the field.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience in cabinetry is a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
