We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, strategic, and experienced Product Manager to join the Global Loyalty Product Team. This Team is responsible for all aspects of the Loyalty Product, including developing, launching, and continuously enhancing our global Loyalty capabilities. As an omnichannel Product that spans free standing stores, brand.com, and other purchasing channels, we work cross-functionally and cross-brand to create a best-in-class Loyalty offering for our Consumers.
You will be responsible for delivering outcomes based on key Loyalty objectives in a fast-paced, results-driven, and highly matrixed environment. This role will work closely with Global Brand, User Research, Product UX & Design, Brand Creative, Data Science, Technology, and additional business stakeholders to drive the product lifecycle from ideation to launch. This role is responsible for partnering closely with international regional teams to understand the competitive landscapes, opportunities, and nuances of each region and market, leveraging this knowledge to impact the products at both the global and local level. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience interpreting and leveraging business objectives, customer data, and Ecommerce metrics to develop, implement, and maintain loyalty programs that engage and move customers through the CRM lifecycle from acquisition to long-term advocacy, ultimately driving incremental sales and deepening brand loyalty.
This individual should be a self-starter who possesses an acute attention to detail, strong communication skills, and experience driving initiatives from start to finish with a high level of organization and sense of accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive the end-to-end product roadmap. Actively participate in the development of the product strategy and vision, prioritize complex deliverables, drive requirement discussions, and identify key technology and solution gaps
Develop detailed requirements and user story definitions for features
Manage product lifecycle from beginning to end (definition, design, development, implementation, testing, launch)
Establish and maintain clear communication with stakeholders including brand and other product teams
Define and own initiatives to identify and evaluate opportunities and priorities for program performance, user experience, and overall revenue potential
Manage test and learn processes and proof of concept testing, validation, and competitive analysis
Manage prioritization and trade-offs among domains and product teams
Interface with third-party stakeholders to drive the business forward while staying true to the business objectives
Research and collaborate with the UX team to understand customer pain points and translate them into business, product, and user experience requirements
Work cross-functionally with design, development, engineering, and customer service teams to ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle
Promote inclusive and innovative culture and principles within cross functional teams, while setting new standards in executional and operational excellence
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
5+ years' experience in delivering / producing digital projects
Deep understanding of eCommerce products, platforms and technologies
Successful track record with agile methodologies and iterative development processes
Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of human centered design principles
Experience with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making
Superior problem-solving with strong strategic, white-spacing thinking
Able to sell ideas and clearly explain product concepts to both technologists and non-technical business and design-focused individuals
Build and maintain strong relationships with co-workers
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve team initiatives
Possesses a strong curiosity to test, experiment, try new things and seeks answers
Experience with and a high degree of comfort with ongoing technological and organizational change
