We empower healthcare providers with AI-native solutions that streamline VBC workflows, drive clinical efficiency, and improve outcomes for patients. Our products are built to enhance the productivity of healthcare teams, enabling them to focus on what matters most-quality patient care.

Role

We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product lines. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take ownership of high-impact product lines that are essential to Keebler Health's success.

  • Own product outcomes by setting clear, measurable goals that align with Keebler Health's strategic priorities and mission to drive value-based care.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and data teams to create innovative solutions, ensuring the product experience meets clinical and business needs.
  • Conduct deep user research with customers regularly to identify key pain points, uncover opportunities, and validate concepts.
  • Champion product discovery techniques to ensure each feature or product line is built to solve the right problems in the most effective way.
  • Define and prioritize features based on a clear understanding of business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Drive continuous product improvement by analyzing user feedback, market trends, and product performance data to inform future iterations.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably within a high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record of leading product and engineering teams to deliver measurable outcomes and positively impact key business lines. (Be prepared to talk numbers and metrics in our interview!)
  • Deep understanding of outcome-based product management and a passion for solving complex, real-world problems through impactful solutions.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for rallying teams around a shared vision and fostering a culture of ownership and empowerment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience learning new ecosystems and corporate landscapes rapidly.
  • Experience working with data-driven platforms.
  • Experience working with products in regulated industries.
  • Experience working with lean and agile methodologies.
  • Experience working as a software engineer.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
