Nestled on our beautiful 40-acre campus in Summerlin, Nevada our state-of-the-art institution serves approximately 970 students from PreK through 12th grade. Since our first graduating class in 1991, 100% of our graduates have been accepted into four-year colleges and universities.
As the Upper School Director, you will be a leader that delivers a well-rounded educational experience, builds authentic relationships within the school community and creates a learning experience that prioritizes the achievement and well-being of our students. Your work will align with the school's mission, while fostering a joyful environment that is appropriately challenging and highly engaging.
What You'll Do
Academic Leadership: Guide the academic and educational vision for the Upper School, including curriculum development, course offerings, and student scheduling
Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and support a team of exceptional educators, ensuring their professional growth through training, evaluations, and ongoing development opportunities
Student Success: Oversee academic progress, student programs, and co-curricular activities, fostering a culture of achievement and well-being
Community Collaboration: Build strong relationships with students, families, and staff while serving as a bridge between divisions to promote alignment across school programs
Strategic Planning: Partner with school leadership to implement innovative strategies that drive academic excellence and uphold The Meadows School's mission
Visible Leadership: Be an active and approachable presence in the school, engaging with students, faculty, and families to maintain a supportive and dynamic community

Dental - Coverage for employee at no cost. Spouse and family coverage available at TMS group rates

Life - $45,000 policy for each employee at no cost
Retirement - In our non-contributory plan, TMS contributes 8% of employee base salary amount monthly. Employee is fully vested and has 100% ownership of all contributions. Additional employee contributions are allowed but not required
