Role: General Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Drive Market Access: Lead initiatives for insurer and payor enrollment, negotiating with commercial plans to broaden market presence.
Business Development & Partnerships: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strategic alliances to drive growth and innovation.
Manage U.S. Lab Operations: Oversee all aspects of lab operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality.
Business Strategy & Management: Develop and implement growth strategies, collaborating closely with the CEO and COO to achieve operational and strategic goals.
Lead Compliance Efforts: Ensure adherence to regulatory and industry standards, positioning the company for sustainable growth in a regulated environment.
Privacy Governance: Uphold high standards of data security and privacy(not limited to patients), ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Oversee IT & Service Delivery: Manage IT infrastructure and customer support, delivering seamless service across all platforms.

Over 10 years of senior leadership experience in healthcare technology, with a track record of inspiring and managing diverse teams.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Adaptable professional, skilled at navigating rapidly evolving technological and regulatory landscapes.
Growth-Oriented: Strong commercial sales mindset, with the ability to lead and motivate sales teams to drive company growth.
Compliance Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HIPAA, CLIA, and FDA regulations.
Strategic Leadership: Strong in budget management, reimbursement models, and building stakeholder relationships.
Effective Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional collaboration.
