Description: Our Client Is Currently Seeking A Quality Specialist in Allentown, PA
Company Prefers Candidates with 2+ years, But Willing To Train. Candidates Must Be Open To Shift!

This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative testing of raw materials and finished goods.
- Perform QA verification of cleaned equipment, and support/assist with sanitation
- Perform Positive Release duties and micro testing when required
- Perform FM investigations and product holds when required
- Understands, follows and enforces all established safety, health, quality GMP and Company policies, procedures and recognized practices.
- Communicate about quality with supervisors, managers, other shifts and departments verbally and through written documents according to plant practice.
- Complete written documentation and forms as required.
- Coordinate and manage the held ware and rework processes.
- Coordinate quality activity with other departments to achieve plant objectives in compliance with plant procedures.
- HS Diploma
- 2-3 years experience
- Food Safety Experience
- HACCP
- Ability to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance.
- Computer usage and typing skills are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
