Key Responsibilities:
Documentation of Processes: Create, revise, deliver Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that accurately reflect departmental processes.
Process Mapping: Analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks; develop visual process maps to illustrate current and proposed processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and team members to gather information, verify accuracy, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Lean Six Sigma Methodology: Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to streamline processes.
