About the Position:
The Relationship Manager for Third-Party Providers will be responsible for developing and managing strong partnerships with third-party money managers, strategists, and other product providers on our platform. This role ensures seamless collaboration and alignment across contracts, pricing, marketing visibility, data distribution, product integration, and joint sales opportunities. The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship-builder with a deep understanding of wealth management, investment strategies, and technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Relationship Management:
Serve as an important point of contact for all third-party managers, strategists, and product providers.
Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
Actively communicate platform updates, marketing initiatives, and new feature opportunities.
2. Contract & Pricing Oversight:
Manage contracts, in partnership with Amplify legal, with third-party providers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and clarity in all agreements.
Monitor and manage pricing structures, ensuring competitive and aligned pricing for third-party offerings.
3. Platform Visibility & Marketing:
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to maximize platform visibility for third-party providers.
Identify and execute co-marketing opportunities, content, and promotions to enhance provider presence.
Drive initiatives to improve brand recognition and user engagement with partner products.
4. Data Distribution & Integration:
Coordinate data distribution to ensure accurate, timely, and complete data flow between third-party providers and the platform.
Partner with product and technology teams to identify, implement, and support integration requirements.
Address and resolve data or integration issues, ensuring a seamless experience for end-users.
5. Joint Sales & Business Development:
Identify and develop joint sales opportunities with third-party providers to drive platform growth and adoption.
Support enterprise sales teams with partner-related insights, materials, and co-presentation opportunities.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to create sales materials, training sessions, and product overviews that effectively position partner solutions.
6. Product & Platform Support:
Act as the liaison between third-party providers and the product team to ensure alignment on platform requirements.
Help providers understand platform features, visibility requirements, and product standards needed to succeed.
Ensure all partner products are correctly represented on the platform, working with UI/UX and product teams as necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree or CFA is a plus.
5+ years of experience in wealth management, asset management, fintech, or a similar industry.
Proven experience in managing third-party relationships, ideally in a technology-driven environment.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building collaborative partnerships.
Knowledge of data distribution processes, integration requirements, and marketing best practices.
Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with ease.
High level of comfort with technology and data platforms; experience in wealth tech platforms a plus.
