At Bros Group, a Spanish headhunting firm with a clear differentiating approach based on innovation and technology, we are expanding our international presence and seeking a Business Unit Manager to lead the launch and development of our Miami office. This strategic role will be key in driving the growth of our firm and establishing strong relationships in the U.S. market.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement the market entry and expansion strategy for Bros Group in Miami and the U.S.
Identify and develop business opportunities with local and international clients.
Represent Bros Group as a brand ambassador, ensuring adherence to our quality standards and values.
Manage local operations, including recruiting and training the initial team.
Build strategic alliances and expand the network of key contacts in the region.
Monitor and analyze market trends to adapt the commercial strategy and identify new opportunities.
Report directly to the CEO, providing regular updates on progress and achieved goals.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in business development, team management, or operations leadership within the headhunting or consulting industry.
Knowledge of the U.S. market, with a particular focus on Florida.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
Languages: Fluent English and Spanish (mandatory).
