As a Sales Development Representative at Peerlogic, you'll be the driving force behind our growth. This is not just another SDR role-it's a highly competitive, full-time opportunity that directly feeds into our Account Executive track, with the potential to earn an OTE of $250K+ and a package exceeding $300K within 12-24 months. You'll work closely with senior leadership, learning the art and science of B2B SaaS sales while helping us expand our footprint in the medical space. What You'll Do:
Prospect and Qualify: Identify high-value medical practices and stakeholders, leveraging cutting-edge tools and research to uncover opportunities.
Engage and Educate: Use a consultative approach to spark interest in Peerlogic's solutions, creating meaningful conversations with potential clients.
Achieve and Exceed Quotas: Meet and surpass monthly activity and opportunity quotas-success is rewarded generously.
Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and drive continuous improvement.
Learn and Grow: Gain exposure to enterprise SaaS sales and receive mentorship from industry leaders, preparing for a fast-track promotion to AE.
What We're Looking For:
Education: Recent graduate (Class of 2024 or 2025) with a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Ambition: You want to be the best-top performance is your standard, not the exception.
Work Ethic: Willingness to put in 60-70 hours per week to exceed goals and drive results.
Adaptability: Comfortable with a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and persuasive-whether on the phone, via email, or in person.
Resilience: Ability to handle rejection, learn from feedback, and continuously improve.
Bonus Skills: Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce), sales internships, or involvement in leadership roles during college.
What We Offer:
Top-Tier Compensation: $145,000-$170,000 Year 1 Total Compensation, including:
Base Salary: $80,000-$90,000
Bonus: $11,000 - 13,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $125,000-$140,000
Equity: $20,000-$30,000 annually (vesting over 4 years)
