Phase 3 has been exclusively retained and is searching for a results-oriented leader responsible for the identification, successful development, accelerated and sustained growth, and achievement of sales targets for the business unit's global partner business and relationships across three major sectors: Diagnostics, Life Sciences, and BioPharma.
Experience with sales into larger Pharma clients is ideal.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develops and executes partner strategy, influencing executive decisions.
Partner Management: Builds and maintains key strategic partnerships, driving sales and product development.
Team Leadership: Leads and develops partner development teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
Market Analysis: Conducts market research and analysis to inform business strategy.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Defines and drives go-to-market plans, collaborating with marketing and product teams.
Performance Management: Sets and monitors KPIs, ensuring effective budget management and compliance.
Talent Development: Develops and retains top talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Qualifications:
Masters' Preferred (Science/Technology/Business)
10+ years of experience in life sciences, with a focus on commercial roles and business development.
8+ years of a proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams
Extensive experience with new products, new product introduction, or new product development.
KOL management, customer facing activity, effective presentation to external stakeholder including Investors.
Strong understanding of partnership models, including licensing, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Global experience preferred (management, and knowledge of the US and EU markets).
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
