What You'll Do:
  • Own It All: Develop, manage, and optimize every aspect of the sales function - from strategy to execution - and deliver real results.
  • Build the Machine: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team that's hungry to win.
  • Close the Big Deals: Lead strategic relationships with cities, universities, airports, and private operators, positioning JAPA as the premier parking solution.
  • Drive Growth: Identify opportunities, refine processes, and crush revenue targets.
  • Shape the Vision: Collaborate directly with the CEO to align sales efforts with JAPA's big-picture goals and product innovations.

What You Bring:
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS or tech sales leadership experience with a proven ability to exceed targets.
  • A track record of building and scaling successful sales teams from the ground up.
  • Experience selling to enterprise-level clients, municipalities, or higher education is a big plus.
  • Grit, hustle, and a self-starter mentality - you thrive in fast-paced, high-impact startup environments.
