Private Client Personal Lines Account Manager - Miami, FL (Hybrid)
Our client is a growing retail broker looking to add a Private Client Personal Lines Account Manager to their team due to the growth in the Southeast Market.
Role Overview:
Manage high-net-worth personal lines accounts, including educating clients, marketing coverage options, and assisting with policy changes. Collaborate with producers to secure new business, round out accounts, and identify cross-sell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end client servicing, including consulting, quoting, binding, and ongoing support.
Educate clients on coverage needs and policy options.
Cross-sell additional services and develop client service plans.
Document claims and communication changes with carriers.
Qualifications:
License: 2-20 required.
Experience: 5+ years in personal lines account management, with knowledge of high-net-worth underwriting.
