Maintain and uphold daily opening and closing duties
Maintain and prioritize team performance and tasking through Ongoing Task List
Have open communication and encourage your team to do so on all new ideas/initiatives, concerns or growth opportunities
Act as a true business owner, bringing timely ideas and solutions to your store team, peer group, and cross functional partners to improve the client experience
Have your ideas and leadership translate into new initiatives, sales, and most importantly - an above and beyond client experience
Selling and Sales Metrics:
Utilize all information and tools given during training period to sell to company standard
Provide an elevated and exceptional client experience
Cashiering
Capture all client information, especially phone number to use for clienteling system
Ensure all transactions are rung correctly
Accurate cash handling
Filling out all correct information needed on cash envelope
Marking large bills (50's and 100's) with money marker
Content Creation:
Work alongside the store team members to post brand level content.
Propose ideas for content creation and delegate team members to post on social media account
Work alongside Marketing team to prioritize producing content at the store level that can be used for marketing purposes on the brand level
Effectively brainstorm and assist with content creation
