YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
Team Leadership and Development: • Oversee Customer Experience Colleagues, Curbside Coordinators, and Member Service Coordinators. • Ensure team members are trained on program benefits and enrollment processes. • Monitor membership metrics and develop strategies for growth and engagement.
Operational Oversight: • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. • Oversee store cleanliness, organization, and readiness for operations.
Customer Service Excellence: • Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service. • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
Curbside and Digital Operations: • Manage and optimize curbside pickup services and online order processing. • Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment for digital and curbside services. • Coordinate with inventory management to ensure product availability for online orders. • Stay informed on new technologies to enhance digital and curbside operations.
