Base Salary: $36k + uncapped commission (Average of $65-75k year one)
Licensing Support: We'll assist you in obtaining your Property & Casualty license before you start.

Career Growth: Base salary increases to $45k once you hit 100 policies and continued opportunities to advance within the company.

Sell Insurance Policies: Engage with clients to provide insurance solutions across various carriers.
Manage Leads: Focus on closing deals as we provide the leads for you-no cold calling.
Client Service: Provide excellent customer support, ensuring clients receive top-notch service throughout the sales process.
Who We're Looking For:
1+ years of prior sales experience is a plus
Highly motivated and tenacious individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
A team player, ready to learn and grow within the company.
