Utilize Health Sherpa and TLD CRM platforms for tracking and optimizing performance.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements: ? 2+ years of management experience in the health insurance industry.
? 1+ year of experience using Health Sherpa and TLD CRM.
? Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve performance targets.
? Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
? Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
