Responsibilities
As the Plumbing Service Manager, you will oversee a team of Residential Plumbing Technicians, ensuring operational excellence and delivering top-tier customer service. Your role will include:
Supervising, training, and evaluating a team of skilled technicians.
Managing schedules, assigning tasks, and maintaining team productivity.
Coaching technicians to improve technical expertise and revenue generation.
Overseeing dispatch operations to match customer needs with technician skills.
Providing technical support both on-site and remotely.
Monitoring payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Maintaining high standards for equipment, vehicle condition, and paperwork accuracy.
Resolving customer concerns to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
Collaborating with the General Manager on data collection, reporting, and surveys.
Qualifications
Massachusetts Master Plumber License (required).
Minimum of 3+ years of plumbing management experience.
Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
Strong communication and training abilities.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
