Medix is currently seeking a Cardio Application Product Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity with one of our top Health Systems in the Southeastern US.
Our client is a large healthcare system with 20+ hospitals - and they are growing significantly through merger and acquisition activity. This Cardiology Application Product Analyst will support the application lifecycle of third-party software applications used across the health system.
Examples of applications include Lumedx Applications Suite (ApolloLX, Analytics Manager, Advance,
CardioPACS) Invia 4DM, NUMA, TomTec.
Day to Day:
Monitoring ticketing queue for new tickets coming in, triage and route them. Picking them up, working them, reaching out to the customer
Working that ticket from beginning to end, understanding the issue or request, working on related customizations or changes from requests, communicating the request to user groups for acceptance or notifications
Scheduling changes in change management system, making change in production environment
They have an opps support team for their applications- but they come to them w escalations they cant resolve. They would also work hand in hand w ops support team on troublesome issues, reach out to vendor for assistance
Small testing requests, changes in other systems that require testing
3-5 Must Have Skills/Qualifications
Familiarity with general Epic Cupid workflow is important.
Must have experience with third-party applications in cardiology clinical workflow.
Experience with Apollo suite of applications
Experience with GE Muse
PACS experience (overarching concepts and familiarity required)
Additional knowledge in HL7 and integration/interface-related knowledge is beneficial.
Midmark EKG- have recently assumed responsibility for this at the org
SQL experience required

Mergers and acquisitions- 5 hospitals and acquiring 2 more. Several projects w these M&A - need contractors to backfill their core group as they will be traveling for implementations. They need them to "keep the lights on" with the Apollo suite and GE Muse
Strictly contract- no FTE opportunities. As of now, the contract is 12 months with potential to extend. Any state is fine although they are on EST schedule.
