Our client, a premier finance firm, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support a Managing Partner in their San Francisco office. The ideal candidate for this position is proactive, detail-oriented, and professional Executive Assistant who will provide a high-level administrative support to our executives and help ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Salary Range: $95,000-$125,000
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic support to the Partner by managing multiple calendars and scheduling both internal and external meetings.
Coordinate and book both domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and visa requirements as necessary.
Assist with light administrative support to additional team members.
Perform light personal assistant duties as needed to ensure the optimization of the Partner's time.
Maintain and coordinate schedules for board meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled.
Interface with both internal and external stakeholders, acting as a liaison on behalf of the Partner.
Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
Manage and execute projects and ad hoc tasks as required.
Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure efficient workflow and operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree highly preferred or equivalent experience supporting a partner in a high-level strategic administrative role.
7+ years of experience in providing administrative support at a senior level, preferably in a financial services environment.
Experience in managing multiple priorities and effectively coordinating logistics.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with great attention to detail and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
