Overview
The Construction Project Executive will oversee client relations, team leadership, and development across multiple projects at varying stages of completion. You'll guide and mentor teams, including Senior Project Managers (Sr. PMs), Project Managers (PMs), Assistant Project Managers (APMs), Project Engineers (PEs), and Superintendents.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing preconstruction, design, and operational phases.
Building and maintaining client relationships.
Ensuring safety, mitigating risk, and maintaining schedules.
Leading strategic planning and contributing to the executive team.
Developing, training, and mentoring project teams.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 15+ years in commercial construction with a proven, stable track record.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead project teams and manage project sequencing, scheduling, and planning.
Diverse Project Background: Experience with both ground-up construction and tenant improvement.
